Writer, journalist, and fashion editor based in Hong Kong.
Growing up, Madeleine's father would tuck her in with a bedtime tale. Some were fictional, but more so, each story recounted either a poignant memory from his life or those experienced by extended family. Today, the roles have reversed. Through words, she now tells stories for a living.
After completing a Master of Journalism at The University of Hong Kong, Madeleine is now Senior Style Editor at Tatler Hong Kong.Â
Some of the talents she has interviewed include: fashion designers and executives Giorgio Armani, Robert Wun, Phillip Lim and Comme des Garçons president Adrian Joffe; artists Takashi Murakami and Labubu creator Kasing Lung; jewellery designers Chopard president Caroline Scheufele and Nadine Ghosn; actors Seon-ho Kim, Youmi Lee and Whitney Peak; musicians GOT7's Mark Tuan and Eric Nam; and more.
Apart from writing for print and online, her role involves social media, styling, and editorial production where she has produced branded content for Dior, Chanel, Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Van Cleef & Arpels, Boucheron, Loro Piana, Brunello Cucinelli, Delvaux, Clé de Peau Beauté and more. She has also conducted live reporting at both Milan and Paris Fashion Week as well as at celebrity red carpets such as the Hong Kong Film Awards.Â
